5-Star Evaluation System
STEP 01 – Combine Metrics
Athletes are measured against performance benchmarks including speed, agility, vertical, strength, conditioning, and explosiveness. Metrics are compared to college and pro standards to show how players truly measure up.
STEP 02 – Skills Evaluation
Breakdown of shooting, ball handling, finishing, defense, footwork, and position-specific skills. Evaluations are conducted by experienced coaches who understand what translates to the next level.
STEP 03 – Timed Skills Drills
Game-speed reps under the clock test execution, conditioning, and decision-making in pressure environments. Drills are designed to simulate real game actions, not isolated workouts.
STEP 04 – Live Game Evaluation
Structured 3v3 and controlled full-court 5v5 competition reveal how athletes apply skills in live action. Pace, spacing, competitiveness, and basketball IQ are observed where it matters most.
STEP 05 – Live Game Execution
Decision-making, impact, and winning plays are evaluated in real time. Coaches assess how athletes respond to pressure, communicate, lead, and influence outcomes beyond the stat sheet.
